1. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase; an order is formed when we confirm and charge your payment. We reserve the right to decline or refund orders that appear fraudulent or where pricing is obviously incorrect.
2. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable tax and shipping, both of which are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Square.
3. Handmade variation
Our pieces are handmade. Minor variation in color, thread, and bead placement is part of the charm and is not a defect. Photographs represent the style — each piece is one of a kind.
4. Shipping
Delivery times and costs are detailed on our shipping page. We ship from the United States and can’t be responsible for customs fees, carrier delays, or addresses entered incorrectly at checkout.

6. Intellectual property
All photography, copy, designs, and the Shimmer & Shine Boutique name and marks are owned by us. Please don’t republish them without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We don’t exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our business is registered. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll bump the “last updated” date at the top of the page.
