The short version
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or exchange on any unused, non-custom piece. We refund the item price back to your original payment method once we receive it.
What we can’t accept
- Custom-built bracelets and necklaces (these are made to order).
- Items that show wear, scratches, broken links, or fragrance residue.
- Earrings, for hygiene reasons, unless they arrived damaged.
How to start a return
- Email us through the contact page with your order number and a photo of the item.
- We’ll reply within 1-2 business days with a return address.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged.
- Once the return arrives, we inspect and refund within 5 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Mention it in your return request and we’ll hold a replacement. If there’s a price difference we’ll sort it out by email.
Damaged in transit
If your package arrives damaged, send a photo of the package and the piece within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you — whichever you prefer. No need to ship the original back.
Refund method
Refunds go back to the payment method you used at checkout via Square. Depending on your bank, the refund can take 3-10 business days to appear on your statement.
