Processing time
Ships in 2-3 business days — most orders leave our studio within 48 hours. You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
Rates
We ship anywhere in the United States for a flat $5.00 per order. Orders over $50.00 ship free.
International
We’re a small shop, so international shipping isn’t available everywhere yet. If you’re outside the US and would love to order, reach out through our contact page and we’ll see what we can arrange.
Delivery time
Once in the carrier’s hands, US orders typically arrive in 3-7 business days depending on distance. Shipping speed is an estimate — we can’t control weather, the post office, or the occasional detour through your neighbor’s mailbox.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking says delivered but it hasn’t arrived, give it 48 hours (packages are sometimes scanned early) and then reach out. If an item arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
