How are orders confirmed?
You’ll see an on-screen confirmation immediately after checkout and receive an email receipt from Square with your order number and the items you purchased.
Can I add an item to an order I already placed?
If we haven’t shipped yet we can usually combine orders and refund the duplicate shipping. Reach out on the contact page as soon as possible with both order numbers.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards through Square. Your card never touches our servers — everything is processed securely by Square’s Web Payments SDK.
Custom pieces
How long do customs take?
Custom bracelets and necklaces are built to order and ship within 5-7 business days. We’ll let you know if a specific charm is on back-order.
Can I return a custom piece?
Customs aren’t returnable unless they arrive damaged. If something is wrong with your custom order, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Sizing & care
How do I know what size to pick?
Bracelet sizes are listed by inner diameter (small / medium / large). The standard adult size is medium (around 7½ inches). When in doubt, order medium and contact us if it doesn’t fit.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Keep pieces away from water, perfume, and lotion. Store each piece flat in the original pouch or a small jewelry box. Polish the metal with a soft cloth if it dulls.

Very. Shimmer & Shine Boutique was started by Briella, a 12-year-old jeweler who wanted her craft to make a difference. A portion of every order goes to food banks, shelters, and people in need.
